網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程師
主要工作職責(zé)：
1.企業(yè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)搭建，各種應(yīng)用服務(wù)器搭建、配制、維護(hù)；
2.企業(yè)辦公電腦、集團(tuán)電話、辦公設(shè)備的日常維護(hù)；
3.客戶桌面系統(tǒng)維護(hù)（Helpdesk）
4.及時(shí)響應(yīng)并解決企業(yè)發(fā)展中需要解決的IT有關(guān)問(wèn)題；
5.客戶IT信息的相關(guān)電子文檔建立，方案編寫(xiě)。
崗位要求：
1、大專以上學(xué)歷，2年以上網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理、服務(wù)器管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具備網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障的分析、判斷、解決能力；
2、熟悉計(jì)算機(jī)操作系統(tǒng)、常用服務(wù)器、了解電話交換機(jī)及相關(guān)IT設(shè)備的維護(hù)；
3、了解最新的計(jì)算機(jī)軟、硬件產(chǎn)品，熟悉交換機(jī)、路由器、防火墻的原理及配置；
4、能熟練操作各類辦公軟件的安裝及調(diào)試；
5、具有較強(qiáng)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力、高度責(zé)任心、高效的執(zhí)行力、良好的服務(wù)意識(shí)；
6、工作認(rèn)真負(fù)責(zé)，主動(dòng)性強(qiáng)，思路清晰，善于分析，獨(dú)立性強(qiáng)，具備團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神

2、熟悉計(jì)算機(jī)操作系統(tǒng)、常用服務(wù)器、了解電話交換機(jī)及相關(guān)IT設(shè)備的維護(hù)；
3、了解最新的計(jì)算機(jī)軟、硬件產(chǎn)品，熟悉交換機(jī)、路由器、防火墻的原理及配置；
4、能熟練操作各類辦公軟件的安裝及調(diào)試；
5、熟練操作飛塔防火墻、域控制器；
6、熟悉網(wǎng)絡(luò)架構(gòu)規(guī)劃，了解網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全，有CISSP認(rèn)證優(yōu)先
7.具有良好的工程進(jìn)度控制能力及和執(zhí)行能力、協(xié)調(diào)能力和人際溝通能力；
IT support engineer
Requirements:
1.Good knowledge of computer hardware (PCs, network equipment, printers, monitors etc),
assembly and diagnostics.
2.Experience and understanding of ActiveSync, ability to re-configure user mobile devices and Outlook without loss of data, to backup and restore.
3.Ability to gather up PC drivers from the Internet, ability to re-install operating system of the PC/laptop without use of recovery software from the vendor.
4.Understanding of the network routing principles, ability to troubleshoot the problems on the 1st level from the user side.
5.Familiarity with firewall security principles, rules processing, traffic proxy-ing. VPN client configuration and troubleshooting.
6.Understanding of the purpose of SIDs (security identifiers) in Microsoft environment.
7.Understanding of principles of DNS and DHCP.
8.Experience with VoIP office telephony system would be considered beneficial.
9.Experience with open-source software and Linux will be considered as a plus.
10.The candidate must poses FLUENT ENGLISH KNOWLEDGE, written and spoken.
